Our Story
MariErich Landscaping & Design is Erich Menendez Arias's business, and it exists to do one thing: turn an outdoor space into what the person living with it actually pictured. Most people can describe the feeling they want out there long before they can describe the garden — somewhere to sit in the evening, a front yard they are not embarrassed by, a corner that stops being where the bins live. Our job is to take that and make it a real, functional space — “Transformación de Espacios”, which is the line lettered into our logo.
We work out of Deer Run in Miami Springs, and from there we cover Miami-Dade and the southern edge of Broward — Hialeah and Miami Lakes on our doorstep, Doral and Sweetwater west, Coral Gables, South Miami and Pinecrest south, Coconut Grove and Brickell east, Kendall and Palmetto Bay beyond that, Miami Beach, Surfside and Key Biscayne over the water, and Weston, Davie, Hollywood and Hallandale north.
The work splits four ways: designing and building yards from scratch, keeping them once they are built, the artistic pruning and topiary that most crews will not touch, and pressure washing the hard surfaces around all of it. The mosaic stonework is the part we are known for — scrolls and medallions laid in white, gold and river rock, which is slow work by hand and is why people stop their cars in front of it.

We do not arrive with a template. You tell us how you want to use the space, and the design follows from that rather than from what we happen to have on the truck.
Honesty
If the yard needs a maintenance schedule rather than a rebuild, that's what we'll say. We'd rather have the small job and the phone call in three years.
Craft
Bed lines that hold, stone set into a pattern rather than poured, plants spaced for the size they'll reach, and hedges cut to a line. The details that decide whether it still looks right in five years.

We're a Miami Springs business working our own neighbourhood — Miami-Dade, the Beaches, and south Broward. Most of our work comes from someone who saw the yard next door.
