Pressure Washing
Driveways, pavers, walls and screen enclosures back to their own colour
Nothing ages a South Florida property faster than what grows on it. Nine months of humidity and afternoon storms put black algae down the north wall, green film across the pavers, and a dark line under every screen panel — and because it arrives slowly, most people stop seeing it until a photograph reminds them. We wash driveways, walkways, paver terraces, pool decks, walls, fences, screen enclosures and roofs at the pressure each surface can take. That last part matters: a paver terrace blasted at driveway pressure loses its joint sand and starts moving, and a soft-washed roof lasts where a pressure-washed one does not.
Our Process
Look at the Surface
We check what it is and what is growing on it. Concrete, pavers, painted render and screen all take different pressure.
Free Written Price
Priced by the area and the surface, with sealing and joint sand priced separately so you can take them or leave them.
Wash It Properly
Pre-treated where the growth needs it, washed at the right pressure, and rinsed evenly so there are no wand stripes left behind.
Rinse & Check
Beds and planting rinsed down, joint sand replaced where it was lifted, and we walk it with you before we load up.
